Recent events around the world and in our community have us all thinking about health and safety. Our focus is to do our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe, while making sure your car service needs are met. Here’s what we’re doing:
We can communicate with you by phone, email, and text. We can further eliminate touch by eliminating paper. We can email or text you estimates with photos, and final bill and payment instructions if you choose to have us do repairs or service.
Touchless Drop Service:
We are expanding our Night Drop Service to allow you to have a completely touchless experience. Use our key drop off service and we will start servicing your vehicle the next day.
We will use sanitizing products to clean service counter and waiting room touch points, several times daily.
Special Care for your Car:
We will use sanitizing products to clean your key, door handles, and interior touch points such as steering wheel, controls, seat belt connections and other hard surfaces both before and after the service.
In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes having employees who feel ill stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.
