Service Writer Shop Manager

We are currently seeking a Service Writer/Shop Manager

We are looking for a service advisor/shop manager who understands that the Auto Repair business is not about repairing cars, and is more about building relationships. Service Advising and Automotive experience is preferred but is not necessary. Daily responsibilities would include:

• Managing the technicians, work flow and job assignments
• Overseeing technician and shop productivity
• Assisting all team members follow protocol and procedures and guarantee the quality control processes are observed
• Writing and selling service
• Must ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
