This month’s blog is a little more personal. I wanted to take a moment and talk about what we are doing as a company during this crazy time. Automotive repair services have been deemed an essential business by homeland security. Why? Because people still need to get to places; doctors’ offices, the grocery store and if you are an essential worker also, then work. To get to these places you need your car in working order. Break downs occur and Auto Correct Car Care is here to help take care of them.
We are proud to be part of the Finksburg community. We are a family-owned and operated business that employs other local families. We know that you depend on us to take care of your vehicles and our employees depend on you too.
I know that this can be a scary time; health-wise, emotionally, possibly financially, but we want to be here to help you and our community.
We are taking every precaution to keep our staff and customers safe during this time. We are offering customers the ability to have service completed without having to have any face to face contact by using outside key drop boxes and over the phone payment options. If you are not interested in leaving your home, we are offering vehicle pick up and drop off with emailed invoices, for paperless transactions.
If you choose to come to our shop we are continually cleaning and disinfecting the doors, countertop, credit card terminal and any other surface you may come in contact with. Our staff is wearing gloves both when interacting with customers and when working on your car.
Both before and after your service we are sanitizing all of the major touch points in your vehicle (doors, steering wheel, keys, gear shift, seat belts and buckles).
